"The new tracks of Mike Nylons' upcoming album are operating with a peculiar spatial quality, that is, however, not based on envisioned panoramic soundscapes through which the music aims to navigate us. This type of music does not intend to take us to a shallow sonic journey, but instead, it forces us to crawl ourselves out from our own inner existential burrows, out from our cataleptic contemporary state of mind throughout his music. Therefore, the key component of these soundtracks is not the composition that stiffens time to an abstract form. Instead, in accordance with the neo-brutalist aesthetic of Mike Nylons, the filthy and formless sonic matter is what crystallizes itself into intelligible quasi-structures. Hence, the sheer roughness and concreteness of the tracks on the "Eneme" trilogy are also consistent continuations of Mike Nylons's identical techno-primitivist sound." - Zsolt Miklósvölgyi
